Thailand : Bangkok

We are now back in Bangkok. We had a wonderful time in Chang Mai and Koh Chang. We were on the most awesome night train. It was the only first class train we have taken but it was definately nice. We haven't done much sight seeing here but we have been able to stay in a fairly restful place. We have done all of our Christmas shopping here in Thailand as the prices are pretty good. That has taken up a lot of our time. Tomorrow Jason is going to go around and see some of the temples. Yesterday we went on a river boat and saw a lot of the major sights that way. Of course I, Coralee got a little motion sick but it was still a nice way to see the sights as we didn't have to fight any of the crowds or traffic and it was a fast way to see a lot.

The internet is so fast here in Thailand that we have been updating, uploading, emailing and paying bills a lot while we have been here. We are trying to upload as many photos as possible so that when we get to Papua New Guinea we have lots of space on our camera to take tons of photos.
We have 2 more nights in Bangkok and then we are off to Tokyo, Japan. Jason can't wait as he did a paper on Japan in college and has always been interested in going there.
